Terms Entered in Search Tools
A name, location, or other detail entered into a search box is sent directly to the third-party provider that operates the search service. Brown County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The search provider receives and handles the query under its separate terms and privacy practices.
Emails and Other Messages
If you email us or send a message through an available contact method, we retain the information needed to review the request and respond. A message may include the sender's name, email address, and any details voluntarily placed in the text. We do not share contact messages outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
